These terms of service ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between PrestigeSteve ("PrestigeSteve", "PrestigeSteveHosting", "Website operator", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("Client", "User", "Customer", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the https://www.prestigesteve.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").
PrestigeSteve can suspend and/or terminate a client's service if it is in voliation of the Terms and Conditions. PrestigeSteve reserves the right to suspend any service at any given time for any valid reason.
We are not responsible for Content residing on the Website. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss of any Content. It is your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backup of your Content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, on some occasions and in certain circumstances, with absolutely no obligation, we may be able to restore some or all of your data that has been deleted as of a certain date and time when we may have backed up data for our own purposes. We make no guarantee that the data you need will be available.
The objective of up time is to document the availability of the Service that PrestigeSteve is to achieve. This does not constitute any additional liability to PrestigeSteve, but instead a self-assumed obligation towards the Client. PrestigeSteve shall guarantee the availability will be 99.9% in any calendar month, subject to exclusions as defined below. If PrestigeSteve fails to meet this guarantee, you are viable for a partial refund equivalent to the down time which will be added to account credit only. The availability calculation shall exclude periods when outages arise from, or are otherwise indirectly caused by: (a) Outage periods due to any cause other than faults by PrestigeSteve, including faults or negligence of the Client or problems associated with equipment connected on the Client's side of PrestigeSteve delivery point; (b) Outage periods reported by the Client in which no fault is observed or confirmed by PrestigeSteve; (c) Any fault period during which service is suspended under provision in this Agreement; (d) During scheduled maintenance affecting the Services; (e) Performance degradations and service loss due to Denial Of Service attacks or other unlawful attacks generated inside the Client's network or executed against users inside the Client's network or the Client network infrastructure.
PrestigeSteve users are only able to resell our services if they have written consent from PrestigeSteve. Failure to comply will result in suspension of all services attached to the user who is reselling without permission.
PrestigeSteve users are not allowed to transfer ownership of an account with notifying PrestigeSteve support and getting approval.
Any PrestigeSteve users who are caught DDOSing other hosts or provoking DDOS attacks towards PrestigeSteve will have their service immediately terminated if valid evidence is given.
A PrestigeSteve user’s support request will be handled based on the level of priority meaning that high priority will take less time to be answered. At PrestigeSteve we will try to answer all support tickets within 4-24 hours however certain requests may not fit within the 24 hour response time due to a high level of requests or on-going issues.
PrestigeSteve retain the rights to revoke support requests to a user if they are abusing the priority features to get faster responses e.g. Install 1 mod/plugin which isn't essential and setting it as high priority.
PresigeSteve users are asked to be respectful towards PrestigeSteve staff. Warnings will be issued for minor offenses however major disrespect will lead to suspension of support services for a period of time.
Currently the PrestigeSteve is only available in English meaning that as a PrestigeSteve client you must speak to support staff in their language to avoid miss-communication with our staff.
Hosted Tab listings can not be discounted under any circumstances due to payments to a thid party in order to offer this service.
PrestigeSteve customer can't renew on time it is their responsibility to contact support and try to come to a solution.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are listed in GBP and conversion rates may apply.
Terminated packages cannot be recovered or renewed because Content is wiped after termination in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
Hosted Tab purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances upon purchase due to payments to a third party being required to offer this service.
PrestigeSteve will not accept refund requests after a 3 day period upon purchase of a service. Refunds are also subject to a valid reason being provided. PrestigeSteve reserves all rights to reject refund requests if the reason provided doesn't fit the refund criteria.
It is the PrestigeSteve customer’s responsibility to cancel any recurring payment or subscriptions to our services which can be done via the billing panel. No refunds can be made upon a recurring payment after 3 days of the payment being made. In order to completely cancel the recurring payment the PrestigeSteve user may need to login to their PayPal account to cancel the payment. PrestigeSteve is not held liable for any un-intended payments.
Any payments disputes opened via paypal will result in all services owned by the PrestigeSteve customer being suspended until the dispute has been resolved or other arrangements have been made.
The content on your website must be linked from an HTML or similarly coded web page with all content is freely available to the public. Your website must consist of web pages of a standard design, essentially HTML based text and graphics. Your hosting account should consist mostly of html and php files.
The website hosting provided by PrestigeSteve is only to be used to host website content only. Your hosting may not be used for any other content such as storage.
All files hosted must comply with UK and EU content laws. We do not provide hosting for any type of adult content meaning that if adult content is found then the service can be suspended without warning.
The number of inodes employed by one hosting account must not explictly exceed 300,000 by limitation. It is the PrestigeSteve customer's responsibility to ensure their website uses a reasonable amount of inodes. Additionally, it is the discretion of PrestigeSteve staff to determine fair usage of inodes employed by one hosting account. Reasonable amount of maximum inodes, is but not limited to 50,000.
The files and data stored on our services is only to be used for the service.
PrestigeSteve game servers may not be used for host name spamming purposes and other such activities a strictly prohibited on our hosting services. The server/servers in question will be cancelled without refund.
An attempt to bypass resource restrictions such as slot limit is in violation to these terms.
Although this Website may be linked to other websites, we are not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any linked website, unless specifically stated herein.
